Privacy notice
This notice covers the news list on this website. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Who we are
AIDepartment is run by Kristóf Kocsis, who is responsible for this list. Write to hello@aidepartment.work with any question about your data.
What we collect
Only the email address you enter in the sign-up form, and the record of when you confirmed it.
Why
To send you the news you asked for: an email when AIDepartment opens, and occasional updates before that, at most once a month. We rely on your consent, which you give by confirming your address.
Who stores it
Your address is stored by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the service that sends our emails. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else.
How long
- If you confirm, we keep your address until you unsubscribe.
- If you never click the confirmation link, we delete your address within about a month.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to hello@aidepartment.work, or reply to any of our emails, to see, correct or delete your data. You have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
